Welcome to Libshop, Liberia's online marketplace for buying and selling goods and services. By accessing or using our platform at libshop.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Libshop is a platform that connects buyers and sellers in Liberia. We do not own, sell, resell, or control the goods or services listed on our marketplace.

2. User Accounts

To post listings or contact sellers, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Listings Policy

When you post a listing on Libshop, you agree that:

• The listing accurately describes the item or service being offered
• You have the legal right to sell the item
• All photos are genuine and represent the actual product
• Prices are listed honestly in LRD (Liberian Dollar) and/or USD
• You will respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• You will mark items as sold once they are no longer available

All new listings are subject to moderation review before being published.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items and services are strictly prohibited on Libshop:

• Illegal weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Adult content or services
• Wildlife or endangered species products
• Services or content that promote violence or discrimination
• Misleading or fraudulent listings

Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

5. Payments & Transactions

Libshop does not process payments between buyers and sellers. All transactions are conducted directly between parties. We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in a safe, public location for in-person transactions
• Verifying the item before completing payment
• Using trusted payment methods
• Being cautious of offers that seem too good to be true

Libshop is not responsible for disputes, fraud, or losses arising from transactions between users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Libshop provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• The accuracy of listings or user-provided information
• Losses arising from transactions between users
• Technical interruptions or service downtime
• Content posted by users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Libshop including the logo, design, and code is the property of Libshop. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission. By posting content on Libshop, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platform.
